By submitting this registration, I understand that my registration is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed. Registration fees are nonrefundable after August 1, 2026, as Gatehouse Foundation must make advance commitments for golf, food, event supplies, and other tournament expenses.

Cancellation requests received on or before August 1, 2026 may be eligible for a refund, less any nonrecoverable payment-processing fees. Registrants may transfer their registration to another participant at no additional charge by notifying Gatehouse Foundation in writing before the event.

If the event is canceled by Gatehouse Foundation due to severe weather, safety concerns, venue closure, or circumstances beyond its control, Gatehouse Foundation may reschedule the event, apply registration fees to the rescheduled event, or issue a refund at its discretion.
